What is a "Mockweb" anyways?
A Mockweb is simply an idea. One could categorize it as a website concept, or a phone application idea, or even a T-shirt design. If you have a concept for something, it can be made into a "Mockweb".
How do we create Mockwebs?
That depends on what things we are trying to mockup. Basically we use a variety of software tools to create concepts that we share with other creators and content producers. Together we refine those ideas to present them to the world.
What are the Phases of a Mockweb creation?
There are four Phases or classifications we give to a mockweb.
Phase 1 is Conception
Phase 2 is Consultation and Collaboration
Phase 3 is Creation and Iteration
Phase 4 is Propagation..Share with the world
What happens in Phase 1 of a Mockweb?
Phase 1 is all about high level concepts and branding.  For example, if it's a website idea, we will register the domain. We start preliminary write-ups on what the website would offer. We usually create a series of graphical elements to support the branding concept.
What things happen in Phase 2 of a Mockweb?
Phase 2 is best defined as information gathering. This is the phase we gather data about customer needs, competition, use cases, and general viability.
What about Phase 3? What goes on there?
Phase 3 is all about creating content pieces and sharing with a select group of people. We use Adobe's Behance Network to create a project with limited visibility. People are added to a team that can submit and add content for the project. The project is reviewed and iterated to add direction and value to the concept.
What about Phase 4? Is it the end?
Yes Phase 4 is the final phase of the Mockweb process. This is the sharing with the Public arena. Here we might post relavent content, gather public feedback, and assess the value of the project and brand. Here we will also be looking for others to take over the Brand and help it grow.
